We undertake Residential Conveyancing in respect of freeholds and leaseholds purchases and sales. Our main concern when undertaking conveyancing is not solely for the fact that the client purchase of the property, but we would like to ensure we have done all that is possible with the view that when the client does sell the property he will not have difficulties.

We do spend time on conveyancing files, as we do feel that a purchase cannot be taken lightly. Further, we would like to explain to the client the advantages and disadvantages in the event that there is a question on whether to purchase the property or not.

In respect of sales we would like to work to the level that we can provide an efficient service. We would like to co-operate with the other side solicitors, and where possible to assist, so that the process runs smoothly. We do act for lenders, and in the event that we are not on the panel for a lender, we do organise an external firm that can act for the lender and we act for the purchaser. We do have many clients that instruct us in this manner, even though the cost may be a little higher, as often we are told that in the large scheme of things they rather have us dealing with the matter, as they have used us previously and they do trust us.
